The artistic experience

7777 Days is an evolving fictional experience, not a medical service or a measurement of visitors' health. Its heartbeat, activities and HP Debt describe a fictional character.

Shared timers and other mechanics may respond to eligible community interactions and aggregate activity on the project's published videos. Game values can involve estimates, configured factors, timing rules and corrections. They are not a promise of exact or real-time platform statistics.

Features, narrative content and participation rules may change as the project develops. Significant changes will be explained where relevant. There is no guarantee that every mechanic or piece of content will remain permanently available.

YouTube and other platforms

The website uses YouTube API Services and embedded YouTube videos. By using those YouTube-related features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Platform statistics can be delayed, corrected, restricted or temporarily unavailable. The project may rely on the latest valid information it has received. Differences between a platform's interface and a project-defined value do not necessarily mean there is an error.

An owner-authorised TikTok sandbox connection and an Instagram Creator connection can supply aggregate statistics from selected videos published by the project. The current collectors do not access the text of TikTok or Instagram comments or require visitors to connect their accounts. The sandbox is not a guarantee of TikTok production approval.

External platforms operate independently and under their own terms. 7777 Days is not endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google or Cloudflare merely because it uses their services.

Normal participation and acceptable use

You may participate through the interactions intentionally provided by the website, subject to their displayed rules and server-side safeguards. Local previews or temporary increments do not necessarily represent accepted official contributions.

You must not intentionally disrupt the service or misuse its features. In particular, do not:

• Bypass security checks or seek unauthorised access to private or administrative systems.
• Manipulate official counters or votes through unauthorised automation, forged requests or repeated identities.
• Send malicious code, excessive traffic or content intended to harm others.
• Impersonate someone, infringe their rights or publish their private information without permission.

The project may reject invalid contributions, correct errors, limit abusive access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these rules or comply with law.

The current support test

The internal support checkout is currently a temporary simulator. It does not collect a real payment or charge a card. Its test events can change actual website counters, public messages, simulated funding progress and download rights.

Simulated funding amounts are not receipts, charitable donations or proof of money received. Test contributions and their displayed effects can be reset or corrected. This simulator does not establish an entitlement to future paid products.

External support links, including Ko-fi or Bandcamp where available, lead to separate services. Any actual transaction through them is governed by the relevant service and the terms presented for that transaction.

Before real payments are enabled on 7777 Days, the checkout must provide the applicable price, currency, description, delivery terms and legally required information about cancellation, refunds and digital-content rights. These Terms do not waive those protections in advance.

Public names and messages

A name and message submitted in the support feature are intended to appear publicly with the contribution amount. You may use a pseudonym or leave the name empty. An empty name appears as Anonymous and no message is published.

You remain responsible for your submission and must have the right to publish it. Do not include sensitive information, unlawful content, harassment or material that infringes another person's rights.

By submitting content for public display, you grant the project a non-exclusive permission to store, format and display that content within 7777 Days and its technical delivery systems for that purpose. You do not transfer ownership or grant permission for unrelated advertising.

The recent feed has limited space. The label Permanent Messages describes a longer-lived display tier, not an unconditional promise of publication forever. Moderation, removal requests, technical changes and the project's availability can affect any message.

Album downloads

Where an album is unlocked, access is currently linked to the browser's support identifier rather than a user account. Clearing the relevant cookie or changing browsers can prevent that browser from proving its access. The current test does not provide guaranteed account-based recovery.

Unless a separate licence says otherwise, an authorised download is for personal, non-commercial use. Download access does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution of the album. The download system is access control, not a guarantee that a downloaded file can never be copied.

Intellectual property

Original music, audiovisual works, writing, characters, visual designs and other project material remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Browsing the website does not transfer ownership of that material.

Third-party material belongs to its respective rights holders. Any separate licence attached to a particular asset or software component takes precedence for that material. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting problems or platform changes may interrupt its features. The project cannot guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy and timing of statistics provided by another service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by temporary service interruptions or changes made by independent platforms. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains browser storage, security identifiers, public contributions and platform data. Accepting these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or unrelated personal-data processing.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as the project or its services evolve. The current version and its update date will remain available here. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service, if one is introduced, will require appropriate notice and respect for applicable rights.
